I am getting heaps of pods from my hydroponic setup on the deck as well as heaps from my greenhouse out the front so I am having to find new things to make all the time so the chillies don’t go to waste. This lot were dried for 9 and a half hours over night and are pretty much perfect. The Cayenne and Hungarian Yellow Wax dried up more then the Bhut Jolokias so next time would adjust the timing slightly. Here are some pics!
